District Elder Eunice Anders Woods
District Elder Eunice Anders Woods was born in Fayetteville, NC, to the late District Elder Corrie and First Lady Gertrude Anders and reared in New Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church where her parents were the founders and where Suffragan Bishop Jerry and First Lady Frances Swinney now serve. She is the founder and pastor of Recover All Christian Temple of the Apostolic Faith in Winston-Salem, NC. She is the widow of Elder Percy L. Woods, Sr., and has one son, Elder Percy Woods, JR and daughter-in-love, First Lady Tiffany Woods who pastor Word of Promise Christian Fellowship in Charlotte, NC; and one daughter, Minister of Music, Minister Yemana Dove and son-in-love, Minister Stanley Dove, and four granddaughters.
District Elder Woods is baptized in the name of Jesus and has been filled with the Holy Ghost since 1972. She has been in the ministry since 1991 and is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., presently serving as a district elder in the South Carolina State Council. She has served at the state level with the (formerly named) Carolina State Council of the P. A. of W., Inc. as superintendent of the Christian Education Association for five years and as the president of the Ministers’ Wives Alliance for six years. She obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Virginia State University and is a recently retired high school English teacher. She is currently in the process of writing two books and is a student at Vintage Bible College seeking a degree in Ministry and Counseling. She has traveled in mid-Atlantic and southeastern cities ministering the gospel and has taught workshops at the national, regional, state, and local levels.
Her vision is to reach, develop and equip people of all walks of life with the transforming message of hope and purpose found in Jesus Christ and to see them all reach their full potential and destiny in the Kingdom of God.

Bishop Lambert W. Gates, Sr. is the assistant presiding bishop of the the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International, and is senior pastor of Greater Apostolic Faith Temple in Detroit, Michigan and Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Described as a prophet-sharing program, his distinction as one pastor in two locations attests to the call on his life for expansive ministry. He is an outstanding teacher of the Word of God and is a nationally known speaker whose ministry is in constant demand. He is seen internationally via Internet on Streaming Church TV and the Word Network, and in the Detroit and Indianapolis areas on the jointly sponsored Victory through Praise telecast. In addition, he is heard on radio stations in Detroit and Indianapolis. Bishop Gates is the president of L.W. Gates Ministries, an entity of programs, media works, teachings, and charitable efforts committed to spreading the Word of God to every man, woman, boy, and girl. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and is a former high school English teacher, a position he held for several years before answering God’s call to the pastorate. Bishop Monroe Saunders, Jr. a native of Baltimore, Maryland, furthered his formal educational pursuits at Morgan State University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Welfare and later received a Masters Degree from Howard University in Religion & Education and the Doctor of Ministry Degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
Bishop Saunders has held two prior pastorates; First United Church of Jesus Christ in Detroit, Michigan and the Capitol Hill United Church of Jesus Christ in Washington DC. Currently he pastors the Transformation Ministries of the United Church of Jesus Christ, Baltimore, Maryland, a ministry founded by his father the late Bishop Monroe Saunders, Sr., D.Min. as the First United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) in 1965.

He was also featured in the Fall 2009 issue of “The African American Pulpit”, a quarterly journal that serves as a repository for the very best of African American preaching. In addition, he is the author of A Journey to Transformation, Seeing the World Through a Different Lens. All of his accomplishments and responsibilities are too numerous to mention here but one can see he is dedicated and committed to all that the Lord gives him to do.
As the eldest son of one of the country’s most prominent Apostolic ministers, his call to the ministry at the age of 17 was neither unexpected nor unwelcomed. From 1980 until December 1992, Bishop Saunders, Jr. served as Executive Pastor of the First United Church and in March of 1993 he was officially installed as Pastor. Since becoming Pastor, Bishop Saunders, Jr. has strived to teach and preach the recovering of lost souls for the kingdom of God, and the equipping of saints for the work of the ministry. Pastor Saunders senses the urgency for unity in the body of Christ and the need for transformative spiritual development. He is endeavoring to move as the Spirit of the Lord directs him to enable their fulfillment. The Spirit of God’s anointing is felt by those around the world who are touched by his outstanding preaching and teaching ministry.
